Who are Shoulder warriors?

Shoulder Warriors are women praying together, encouraging one another, holding each other up, walking life together, celebrating one another, studying God’s word together, standing beside one another and pointing each other to Christ in all areas of life. We need to stand strong, shoulder to shoulder, with each other in Christ as we walk the battlefields of this life. When in active battle we fight to the extent to which we have trained, to the extent we have girded ourselves with the armor of God and strengthened our arms (Ephesians 6:10-20, Proverbs 31:17). Other times we walk along pretty countryside between battles, which is a great time for intentional preparation & training, this is the time to gird ourselves with strength. We are in a war and we cannot let our guard down.

Encouragement for everyday life.

Fight the good fight.

The Bible says we need each other

The Sword of the Spirit IS the Word of God!

Proverbs 27:17

As iron sharpens iron,
So a man sharpens the countenance
of his friend.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Two are better than one,
Because they have a good reward for their labor.
For if they fall, one will lift up his companion.
But woe to him who is alone when he falls,
For he has no one to help him up.
Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm;
But how can one be warm alone?
Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him.
And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

2 Timothy 2:4

No one engaged in warfare
entangles himself with the affairs
of
this life, that he may
please him who enlisted him
as a soldier.

Finally, be strong in the Lord and
in the strength of His might.
Put on the full armor of God, so that you
will be able to stand firm
against the
schemes of the devil.

Ephesians 6:10-11

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord,
My soul shall be joyful in my God;
For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation,
He has covered me with the robe of righteousness,
As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments,
And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
For as the earth brings forth its bud, As the garden causes
the things that are sown in it to spring forth,

So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.

Isaiah 61:10-11

We give thanks to God, the
Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
praying always for you,

Colossians 1:3
