Prayer: THIS is my Daddy
“Then the earth shook and trembled;
The foundations of heaven quaked and were shaken,
Because He was angry.
Smoke went up from His nostrils,
And devouring fire from His mouth;
Coals were kindled by it.
He bowed the heavens also, and came down
With darkness under His feet.
He rode upon a cherub, and flew;
And He was seen upon the wings of the wind.
He made darkness canopies around Him,
Dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.
From the brightness before Him
Coals of fire were kindled.”

THIS is my Daddy!
Satan, you may have gotten some good shots in on me, and even knocked me down quite a bit lately; but remember Who my Daddy is. I know how I am when I go Momma Bear for the defense of my kids, and I have got nothing compared to my Daddy described in the above scripture passage! How much more do you think my Daddy, GOD, is going to go Pappa Bear for the defense of His kids! HE is the One Who goes before me. HE is the One Who stands behind. HE is the One Who is by my side. In this moment when I feel defeated, I will remember Who my Daddy is: The Maker of Heaven and Earth! I will be still in the earthly realm; the Lord will fight for me. But in the heavenly places I shall put on my Daddy’s armor and stand firm. I do not have to win this battle, for HE has won the war! Amen.
